La Sagesse Nature Centre

This romantic hideaway on a secluded beach is the perfect spot to come for a swim, a hike, breakfast, lunch, dinner or a just snack. The menu at La Sagesse features excellent seafood dishes, and the chef uses only the freshest local ingredients. Some of the offerings are fresh fruit smoothies, smoked marlin and dolphin, fillet of grouper almondine, chicken francaise, lobster with garlic butter, grilled tuna steaks, mousse au chocolate, cappuccino, and nightly specials. Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner.
